Stuart Jamieson, Founder & Managing Director
Stuart Jamieson founded Harbor Cap Partners to fill a need to help emerging brand companies achieve critical size and recognition in partnership with their founding team. Stuart has more than 25 years of investment, private equity, operational, and strategic planning experience. During his career, Mr. Jamieson has completed over 80 transactions within the Consumer, Technology, Industrial Products, and Aerospace Industries. Prior to forming Harbor Cap, Mr. Jamieson was an Operating Partner and COO/Managing Director of Tengram Capital Partners, LLC and its predecessor Windsong Brands, LLC where he participated in the acquisitions of Robert Graham, William Rast, Nest Fragrance, Laura Geller Beauty, Design Within Reach, Ellen Tracy, CJ Apparel Group, and Carlos Falchi. Mr. Jamieson currently serves as Co-Chairman of Carlos Falchi, and Board member of Letarte Holdings LLC. He also led a number of acquisitions in the aerospace industry such as PPH Holdings, LLC and numerous manufacturing operations while at Radius Partners, LLC.
Mike Crisp, General Counsel and Managing Director
After a successful career in the private practice of law, Mike Crisp joined Harbor Cap Partners to pursue growth investment opportunities and to provide our firm and portfolio companies with practical in-house legal advice. Mike has more than 22 years of experience counseling funds, investors, retailers and major brands in commercial disputes and transactions, intellectual property protection and regulatory compliance matters in the Retail, Consumer, Real Estate, Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Entertainment and Manufacturing industries. Mike's focus is on ensuring that our investment objectives and business strategy are fully aligned with our legal and fiduciary responsibilities. Prior to joining Harbor Cap, Mike was a shareholder and practice group leader at Kilpatrick Townsend LLP and a shareholder at K&L Gates, LLP, where his clients included DuPont, Motorola, The Dial Corp, Premier Cruise Lines, Coty, Inc., Range Rover, The Gap, Holiday Inn, Intercontinental Hotels, The Home Depot, Interface, Tenet Healthcare, Sony Music, AT&T, and Pepsi, among others. In addition, Mike has represented numerous smaller firms, franchisors, investors and private companies such as Square 1 Venture Bank, Bruegger's Bagels, Moe's Southwest Grill (Raving Brands) and Harbor Cap portfolio company Letarte Holdings LLC. Mike is a member of the Georgia and New York State bar associations.
